Evaluation-
I think this is one of the strongest illustrations in the book, and one I am most pleased with. I think having a little extra detail in the image really helps it to stand out. I also think these bright colours work well against a blank background, helps the illustration pop a little. This was the last illustration I did for the book, which probably would have annoyed me a while ago, but now Im happy that Im learning everyday. Whether I improve before or after the book doesn't really matter to me anymore, and clearly I would improve after lots of practice, so it makes sense. I just need to take on board what worked from this illustration and build on this in the future.
