My final submission for the International Reggae Poster competition. I can finally share this, as my design was not selected. Despite this, I am really pleased with the outcome, and I learnt a few things about my practice during the process of creating this.
Evaluation
- Mixing textures with block colours works well, develop this in the future.
- The design works well as a poster, because its eye catching and bold. Consider these two things when creating posters.
- My photoshop skills definitely improved during the making of this, because I wouldn't leave it alone until I was happy with it. Put maximum effort into designs, even if they take a while to complete.
