Comission for t-shirt design

Of course there were things to change. For no extra money. Looking back Im really not sure this was a positive brief for me, as its made me feel really negative about free lancing. However, I think its my own fault for going being naive, and i have learnt a few valuable lessons from this that I can put into practice in the future.

So he wanted me to add a hand. Which meant I had to redraw the whole design in order to make it look right. He then wanted every colour variation in the world. Luckily the colour changing didn't take too long, and we were able to agree on a final colour palette that he was pleased with.

Evaluation-

- Work to a daily rate, and don't let people rip you off.
- Be firm when negotiating a price and know my value.
- Changing a design to suit the client was really good practice, and gave me a good idea of what the professional commission world might be like (just hopefully with a little more money involved)
- Try to do briefs that align with my ethos and values, otherwise my soul will die.
