Postcards.

I absolutely love photoshop. These were my original drawings ready for my finals. A whale next to Rans boat, a polar bear holding his ski's, and a penguin. I wanted to make the postcards go with the aesthetics of the poster, therefore i took the ice element from the poster and incorporated it into my postcards. Like this... 

These two were practice ones, considering whether or not to include type in the postcards, and seeing if the idea for the design worked. I wasn't a fan of the type, i felt it was unnecessary on the postcards, and wanted to keep the type to the poster only. I was happy with the design though, so I went ahead with the others. 

Polar bear i struggled with. White on white is so difficult! Im pleased with how this has come out in the end, however if i had more time i may have reconsidered the polar bear in order to suit the others. But they still work collectively given that the design is the same. 

Final postcards

Really happy that they worked. I had my doubts. The only thing I'm thinking about now, is that my stamps don't really match my poster and postcards. May have to make some alterations. but on the whole for these, I'm pretty pleased.
